TEACHER SKILLS IN THE IMPLEMENTATIONS OF CLASSROOM MANAJEMENT FOR SUPPORTING LEARNING QUALITY.Teacher, as the manajer of the class, should be able to manage the classroom as a learning environment. The environment is regulated and supervised so the activities are constantly directed to the educational purposes. The supervision of the learning environment determines the exent to which the environment can be a good learning environment. In classroom manajemen the teacher has duties creating and maintaining optimal conditions are not optimal, the teacher seeks to restore to the optimal conditions for the sake of the effectiveness of teaching and learning procces. MI ICP Nurul Ulum is a leading educational institusion in which the students have various achievement both in terms of academic or non academic. This study was aimed to reveal a classroom manajement applied in MI ICP Nurul Ulum. The sub focus includes: 1) the teacher skills in implrmrnting classroom manajemen. 2) the condition of learning quality, and 3) the factors that affect the application of classroom manajement in MI ICP Nurul Ulum to support the learning quality. This study used a qualitative approach. The data collection techniques cover observation, interview, and documentation. The data analysis used a descriptive qualitative, including data collection, data selection, checking the validity of the data, and conclusions. The research informant were principal, vice principal of curriculum area, and educators. The result showed that: 1) the teacher skills in managing classroom have created regularity and completeness of learning facilities. The regularity here includes anything related directly or indirectly to the learning process. 2) The learning quality in MI ICP Nurul Ulum is quite satisfactory, meaning that it has reached the title of quality learning, tough is still needs many improvement in the future, 3) the classroom manajement was basically influenced by the following factors: a) building and facilities, b) teachers, c) students, and d) family.
